Nobody opens five portals

Your fleet has Komatsu, other brands, and equipment that reports nothing at all. One portal per brand, one password per portal — and in practice nobody opens any of them. We bring it together on one screen, and we do the monitoring.

How it comes together

Three layers, one dashboard

No machine swaps and nothing that already works gets replaced. We use what already reports, connect what can be connected and instrument what's flying blind.

What already reports

Your Komatsu heavy equipment ships with KOMTRAX. No duplicated spend and nothing installed on top: that data feeds the same dashboard.

What gets connected

Other brands in your fleet deliver hour meter, location, fuel and fault codes through an open industry standard. You don't need to change machines to see them together.

What reports nothing today

This is the real gap: light equipment, generators, light towers, compressors, attachments and service vehicles go out with no instrumentation at all. That gets equipped.

The dashboard

Six numbers that change decisions

Real hour meter

How many hours it actually worked, not how many days it was assigned. It's the number that decides when service is due.

Utilization and idle time

Which machine is working, which is idle and which spends the day running without producing.

Fuel

Consumption per unit, to compare across identical machines and across operators.

Fault codes

The machine warns before it stops. That warning is what separates scheduled maintenance from a tow truck.

Location and geofences

Where each unit is, with an alert if it leaves the contracted site — right away, not at month end.

Delivery and return with evidence

Hours and location at hand-over and hand-back. No more arguments over hour overages.

The difference

A dashboard warns. We show up.

A tracking vendor sells you a screen and that's where their job ends. The fault code arrives, someone sees it, and if nobody schedules the service the spend was wasted. We are the service shop: the same data that triggers the alert opens the work order, with parts in-country and support across four countries.

From data to work order

  1. 1The hour meter arrives on its own: we know when service is due, unit by unit.
  2. 2The shop stops reacting and starts scheduling.
  3. 3Fewer breakdowns and fewer emergency repairs, which are the expensive ones.

Let's start by looking at your fleet

How many machines, which brands, and what goes out today with no instrumentation. With that we define the monitoring scope for your operation — the hardware follows your fleet, not the other way round.
