Your machine's maintenance plan
Short answer
Pick your model and enter the hour-meter reading: we tell you which service is next, what gets replaced and what to check every day. Example: a Komatsu PC200-10M0 at 980 h → 1,000 h service in 20 h, with 12 items. Per the ConstruMarket Aftersales maintenance plan.
Grupo ConstruMarket · Maintenance plan
There's a published plan for 22 Komatsu and BOMAG models. Pick yours and enter the hour-meter reading.
And every day, before start-up
- Engine oil, coolant, hydraulic oil and fuel levels.
- Drain water from the fuel separator, if the manual says so.
- Air filter restriction indicator.
- Leaks and chafed or cracked hoses.
- Greasing of pins and bushings per the manual.
- Undercarriage or tires, teeth and cutting edges.
- Lights, backup alarm, seat belt and fire extinguisher.
- Dashboard with no alerts at start-up.
How it's calculated
- Each row of the plan says how often it's replaced (250, 500, 1,000 or 2,000 h).
- The next service is the next multiple of 250 h after your hour meter; if it lands exactly, it's due now.
- That service includes every row whose interval divides its hours: at 1,000 h, the 250, 500 and 1,000 h items.
- Above the last hour the plan writes, the same cycles apply, with a note to confirm with aftersales.

FAQ
How often is heavy equipment serviced?
By hour-meter hours, not by calendar. ConstruMarket Aftersales plans have a service every 250 h, and each service adds up the intervals that coincide: at 500 h the 250 and 500 h items; at 1,000 h, the 250, 500 and 1,000 h items. What gets replaced depends on the model: pick yours in the tool.
Where do the intervals come from?
From the ConstruMarket Aftersales maintenance plan (July 2024), one sheet per model. We only publish rows with a verified "every N hours" interval; anything the plan doesn't state clearly is left out. Your machine's operator manual always rules.
My model isn't listed — what do I do?
Ask aftersales for the plan: they build it from your machine's manual and serial number. We don't publish intervals without a source.
What if I've already passed the service hour?
Do it as soon as possible and tell the workshop when you book: with the hour meter and what's been done to the machine, aftersales tells you which service comes first.
And hydraulic oil and coolant?
They have longer intervals that the plan doesn't leave verified for every model, so we don't show them here. Ask aftersales when you book.
