Does the assistant tell me what's wrong with my machine?
No. It walks you through what you can check yourself, by eye and on the gauges, and tells you when to stop. Diagnosis and repair are the technician's job; the assistant builds the report so they arrive with the right part.
Where do the checks come from?
From the guide “Is your machine acting up? What to check yourself, by symptom”, built from Komatsu's official daily routines for its operators. Each check shows the guide text it comes from. Your model's manual rules.
What happens to the report?
The report doesn't leave your phone until you send it. You can book workshop service with the report already written (Komatsu and Bobcat), send it on WhatsApp or copy it.
