Deadline and conditions
You have 8 calendar days from receiving or picking up the product. It must be unused, in its original packaging, not assembled or installed, with your order number.
Damaged or defective
Tell us as soon as you receive it, with photos. We cover the exchange and transport. Manufacturing defects follow the manufacturer's warranty.
Refunds
Refunds go back through the same payment method after we inspect the product.
