Frequently asked questions
What do I need to request a part?
The machine's brand and model, and the part or part number. If you also give us the serial number — it's on the machine's data plate — we identify the exact part the first time, with no back-and-forth.
Are the parts genuine or generic?
Both: genuine parts for all our brands with factory traceability, plus generic alternatives. We quote whichever you ask for, or both so you can compare.
How fast do you reply?
During business hours, with price and availability. Requests that come in at night or on weekends are answered starting the next business day.
Do you also install the part?
Yes. Our workshops, staffed by specialized mechanics and engineers, do the work at our facilities or directly on your jobsite. Ask for it in the same request, under “Anything else we should know”.
My machine is a brand you don't distribute. Can I still ask?
Yes: choose “Another brand” and type it in. Your country's specialist will confirm whether we can source the part.
